EXTENDED 2-YEAR WARRANTY

Akces Media LLC dba ALZO Digital offers customers of our HMI HID lights a 2 year extended limited warranty on specific purchased products. This warranty begins 365 days after the initial product purchase date and continues for an additional 24 months. If  a defect in the operation of a product covered by this warranty is discovered during the Extended Limited Warranty period, we will repair at our option using new or refurbished components, or if repair is not possible, replace the item.  Repair or replacement is the sole discretion of Akces Media LLC. 

Submitting Warranty Product Registration forms:  Akces Media LLC. requires that all warranty forms provided at the time of purchase, must be completed in writing and mailed or faxed to Akces Media LLC, or the order and product data can be submitted online with our warranty registration form within 30 days from receipt of the covered item, and must include the serial numbers of all of the purchased covered items.

COVERED PRODUCTS AND PARTS:

Covered Products:  This limited warranty covers specific components of all ALZO 2000 and ALZO 800 lights, one unit Serial Number per purchased warranty.

Parts Covered by  this warranty:   Only the following specific parts of an ALZO 2000 or 800 light head are covered by this warranty:

• Electronic ballasts (circuit card module)

• All light bulb sockets

• Switches

Additional Warranties:  All warranty repairs are warranted to be free of defects and operate with characteristics similar to the original equipment for a period of 90 days from the date of product return to the customer.

EXCLUSIONS:

This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product as recommended. The warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage conditions, lightning, or natural disasters.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY:

Should the product(s) fail, your sole recourse shall be repair or replacement, as described in the preceding paragraphs. Akces Media LLC will not be held liable to you or any other party for any damages that result from the failure of this product. Damages excluded include, but are not limited to, the following: lost profits, lost savings, lost data, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use this product. In no event will Akces Media LLC be liable for more than the amount of your purchase price, not to exceed the current list price of the product, and excluding tax, shipping and handling charges.

Akces Media LLC dba ALZO Digital disclaims any other warranties, express or implied. By installing or using the product, the user accepts all terms described herein.

REQUIREMENTS

Shipping costs of warranty claims will be fully pre-paid for by the purchaser. Akces Media LLC will pay for ground shipping of the repaired product back to the customer.
