Using On-Line Ordering
Most of our customers order using our secure shopping cart. When you want to order an item you simply click on the ADD TO CART and the shopping cart is opened showing your selected item. You can then modify the quantity or return to shopping to add more items, or you can advance to checkout. You can disable the cart view when ordering by un-checking the "Show me my shopping cart every time I order something". You will then be required to click the "View Cart" icon to see your ordered items and advance to checkout when you are done ordering.

Before advancing to checkout you should:

Check to assure the item quantity is correct
You can remove an item by setting the quantity
to '0' and then click Recalculate
Select your shipping option
Recalculate the totals if changes have been made to above options
Select your Credit Card payment option
Check if you will be using a separate shipping address

Our shopping cart software is ShopSite and is used by thousands of popular Internet stores. Your information security is guaranteed by SSL encryption, the most widely used encryption technology on the Internet. For more on security see our Security Policy.

Checkout
Our Checkout form requires that all fields contain correct data. The billing address of your credit card must be correct or your transaction will not be processed.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands
We can ship some of our products to these locations using US Parcel Post Priority mail for reduced shipping cost. You must contact us to arrange for the best shipping method and estimate the cost.

We can process your order on the phone. Please review our product catalog prior to ordering, then call us at 800-582-7009, 9:00 - 5:00 EST.

FAX In your order
If desired you can print out your shopping cart, add the following information: Your Name, Company (optional), Billing Address, Shipping address (if different), Phone, Email, Credit Card Number, Name on card CVV and Expiration date of card. Then FAX this information to us at 866-506-7519

We gladly accept Purchase Orders from qualified institutions. Qualifying of institutions and accepting or rejecting purchase Orders is the sole right of Akces Media LLC.

Our PO procedure is simple.

First accumulate the products desired in our shopping cart and adjust the quantities.
Enter the Ship to zip code in the box provided and select the desired shipping option and then click the "Recalculate Button". This will produce the shipping cost.
Then print the shopping cart page.
Assure that your purchase order includes a FAX number for invoicing and the email address of the accounts payable responsible party.
Your PO must be signed by an officer of the organization.
Attach your signed Purchase Order to the printed shopping cart page and FAX them both to us at 866-506-7519.
We will call to confirm the order.

We automatically transmit W-9 forms after receipt of a qualified institution PO. If you are ordering in excess of $1000 of merchandise, please call us at 800-582-7009 or e-mail us at info@alzodigital.com to discuss your order.
