PRODUCT DETAILS

The silvered umbrellas reflect substantially more light than white umbrellas (about 2 f-stops) and therefore allow for faster shutter speeds or smaller apertures. The umbrellas have a dimple texture surface to spread the light and avoid hot spots.

The unique Variable Intensity control is used to manage "Key" to "Fill" light ratios, facilitating professional portrait results.

This light kit is suitable for children as well as entire families (Not suitable for large groups). Typically one of the continuous lights is used with the barndoors to illuminate the background and remove unwanted shadows, or as a "hair light" or for other effects.

For a complete studio system you can add a background (see below) in your choice of paper or muslin fabric, in solid colors or textures.

The entire kit fits neatly in the rolling ALZO PRO storage/travel case, leaving ample room for softboxes and other accessories.

NOTE: Using the slide dimmer will effect the color temperature of the light emitted. Use the bulb selection switch for "constant color" intensity adjustment.

NOTE: Our ALZO 250 watt double envelope Quartz Halogen photo light bulbs do not have the typical handling problems of most Quartz bulbs.
