Our "silver" interior coated Black-Backed
photography umbrellas reflect 170% more light (almost 2 f-stops) than white
ones. They have a dimple texture interior surface to spread and soften the
light. They are an excellent light modifier and we recommend them for use
with all of our continuous lights like our
ALZO 600 "Cool Lite" kits.
These umbrellas are sold with our
ALZO 750 Portrait
Studio Kit and our
ALZO Flip
Bracket Umbrella Kit to increase the light on the subject. |

kits. The black backing reduces unwanted "room" background illumination
(light passing through the umbrella) which could cause color shift if used

The ALZO switched socket mounts to any
lighting stand or boom and is a convenient device for our ALZO 100
reflector bulb. This socket is not suitable for continuous HOT light
bulbs. |

The ALZO Grip Heavy Clamp with super strong
spring action attaches to any surface up to 1.5" thick and holds your flash
light, umbrella, light head etc. with an in-line standard 5/8" stud mount &
side-mounted 5/8" socket mount with locking wing screw. |

For
light heads that do not have an integrated umbrella mount we offer the
Umbrella Adaptor. This mounts on a light stand and provides a tilt
adjuster, umbrella mount and light head mount. This adaptor locks the light
head with the umbrella so that they rotate together. Includes 2 piece
brass stud with 1/4 x 20 thread and 3/8 thread ends.
