PRODUCT DETAILS

Although most flashes are dedicated TTL units, these SPEEDLIGHTS are perfect for "off camera" key or fill lighting. We supply this flash as an option with our ALZO Porta-flash ultra Light Location kits. Battery operation, rugged construction and a powerful flash make it an excellent choice for off camera lighting.

The flash has 7 f-stop adjustable power levels and has 3 modes of operation including Manual, Slave 1 and Slave 2.

Slave 1 mode will trigger from a single flash. Slave mode 2 will ignore a "red eye reduction" pre-flash and trigger on the second flash. Some flash units have multiple pre- flash and this function will need to be disabled and the speed light set to Slave 1 mode.  There is an EV CONTROL function that allows for fine adjustment of the output power in 1/7th f-stop increments.

The MANUAL SPEEDLIGHT with OPTICAL SLAVE is a perfect companion for any of our ALZO Porta Flash Softboxes.  We recommend using an ALZO wireless radio trigger for absolute reliable triggering.
