This extension rod is for the ALZO ceiling mount kit and can be added in between the x-clamp and the mounting stud, lowering a device 16 inches. Two of them will add 32 inches.

Used the extension to hang surveillance cameras from a 14' ceiling. Worked beautifully. Quality product and well worth the price.
Works to extend the length of my monopod/tripod combo when using my 360 camera. would even be better if the threads on the male side were shorter so I could screw it directly into the tripod socket of the camera, but works between the monopod and tripod legs of my setup.
Performed as stated and worked beautifully. We are very pleased with the product.
We used it to mount a camera from our ceiling for our church. We exchanged the longer black poles for the white poles (which are longer). This works fear for us. Thanks!
