The delivery time will vary from 1-4 days for this domestic service determined by the destination location and includes our order processing time of 24 hours. Upper east coast states will typically have 1-2 days delivery time. The further you are located from Connecticut the more likely the deliver will take 4 days. USPS will deliver to mailboxes on Saturday.
USPS Priority 1 Day

USPS Priority Canada
This shipping service is for all customers located in Canada. Shipping is with the US Postal Service Priority Mail, and typical time in transit could range from 3 to 7 days, depending on the customer’s relative distance from Connecticut.

All background papers and Muslins must be shipped with UPS, and we offer three UPS options as shown below. This shipping service is for all customers located in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and all other US territories. Shipping is with the US Postal Service and typical time in transit could range from 5 to 10 days, depending on the customer’s relative distance from Connecticut.
UPS Ground
Typical time in transit could range from 1 to 6 days. All states east of the Mississippi River with the exception of Louisiana will have time in transit of 3 business days or less. The day of order placement and weekend days are not counted. Tracking is always provided.
UPS 3 Day Select
Guaranteed 3-day service to any location in the continental USA. The day of order placement and weekend days are not counted. Tracking is always provided.
UPS 2nd Day Air
Guaranteed 2-day service to any location in the continental USA. The day of order placement and weekend days are not counted. Tracking is always provided.
UPS Next Day Air

We ship via the U.S. Postal Service Priority to a large number of countries, and we accept payments with either PayPal or a wire transfer. We do not accept credit card payments issued by banks other than those in the USA or Canada.

International Shipping and ALZO Product Warranty
We do not pay for the shipping of warranty repair items or for the return of products. We include insurance for all international shipments. We do not refund payments for items lost in shipping or received damaged until we receive compensation from the shipper.
