This little thing works perfect. I wouldn't put anything too heavy on it, though. I use a smaller video camera that's lightweight and I noticed that if I didn't get it super tight it would move, but honestly I haven't had a problem with it. Does the job without me having to pull out my heavy-duty boom arm stand that takes up so much room.
I have just got my mini ball head for my Alzo monopod. Impressed with its cute finish. Still haven't had a chance to use it to talk about the functioning. Checked with the Camera mounted. Gets locked firmly in all positions. Looks OK.
