I had some trouble figuring out how to use it, but Alzo folks were very helpful over the phone and solved my issues. I've not used it in the field yet, but it promises to be a very useful tool, serving as a functional L-bracket for my two rather different cameras (Pentax and Panasonic) . I look forward to getting out with it and my tripod/ballhead. I 've also been using Alzo's battery door 'liberator' with my Pana Lumix Fz1000 for several years - super practical..
